I had to email the company 2 weeks after ordering the shirts (having received an update with a tracking number 1 week after order was placed) because the shipment tracking never initiated. They responded same day and sent out the order, then it arrived about 5 days later. The lag time was disappointing but I appreciate the responsiveness.
The shirts are nice, fit well and look great. Very happy with them.
