I have a large head an the XL is way to big. I've never had a hat too big. And I've worn hats in the military and L.E. for over 40yrs.

My husband LOVED that hat however, I ordered him the L/XL just like I did on another hat (FAFO BLACK ON BLACK BACK STYLE FLEXFIT HAT) and this one was a little tight on him. I did not want to return and get a bigger size b/c then I think it would have been to big, So I an trying to stretch the hat out a little more for him so it fits better.
I bought this for my husband and he loved it. I ordered a L/XL and it fits great on him.
