I love your merchandise. Super cool. When I received my item, the logo was crooked. Very disappointing. Now I have to go thru the hassle of returning this item and I have to pay for the postage. Not what I expected.
Hat came in and although I like the design it is slightly off center and tilted.

Still have not received the hat in order to review it. First time ordering I’m ordering from here. Ordered before Christmas but yet to receive it. When I finally got notice that it was picked up by the shipping carrier was after New Year’s Day. Hope to get it soon and I will update my review at that time. Unfortunate too because my fiancé really likes your products.
